Our services
Signing up
Taking part in our courses requires you to be in good health (contact us for specific cases), wear adapted gear and respect the instructions of our professionals.
Supervision
Our instructors and Guides are State-recognized and qualified professionals
Safety
Courses will only take place if our professionals are satisfied with the weather conditions, the snow conditions and the levels of health and fitness of each participant.
Weather conditions
In case of poor weather, activities may not be cancelled or postponed if our professional has given it the go-ahead. Activities will not be postponed or reimbursed until our professional agrees.
Insurance
We do not provide any private ski insurance. This can be purchased upon buying lift tickets.
Our professionals have third-party liability insurance for their clients.
Bookings, Registration and Regulations
You are advised to book early. Registration can be done online or by phone and depend on availability and are subject to our approval.
By registering with us, you have read our information and you agree to our terms and conditions.
The customer's right of withdrawal
The customer has a seven (7) clear day period to exercise his right of withdrawal. The period during which the customer may exercise his right of withdrawal starts from the day after acceptance of the offer. If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he must be refunded within thirty days. Moreover, the right of withdrawal shall be excluded in certain cases, for instance when performance of the service has begun with the customer's agreement, before the end of the seven-day period.
Cancellation
For any pre-booked activity :
D-48h : we will charge 50% of the total amount
D-24h : we will charge 100% of the total amount
There will be no refund in case of cancellations caused by poor physical and/or technical ability.
There will be no refunds should a client fail to attend their activity on time and on the right day, whatever the reason may be.
There will be refunds in case of illnesses and accidents, as long as a medical certificate can be provided.
There will be no refunds should a lesson be stopped because of circumstances beyond our control (ski lifts shut, snow storms, safety measures, etc…)
